Angelshealu follows the strict guidelines of Healing.

Before Any session, a client has to send the following: Client Name, Name of Parents, Age, Location, Address, Client Photograph full length, Occupation.

2. The reason for asking for Client Name, Name of Parents, Age, Location, address, Client Photograph full length, Occupation, etc. is to check the Chakras of the client and to understand the issues/blockages.

3. When a client is coming for the healing session in person, he/she must always be accompanied by a family member or a friend.

4. During healing sessions or while card reading it is advisable not to wear black clothes externally or internally as we work with white light and Black color blocks the white light energies.

5. Post diagnosis a client is advised to use colors, healing stones, the color of clothes, eat food and fruits related to chakras, this would help in the faster healing process.

6. It is advisable to avoid any form of alcohol or excessive use of Tea /Coffee / Nicotine etc. during the healing process.

7. AHU will always share the Energy ExchangeTariff Card of their services before starting the healing process and the client must enquire about the number of sessions required for them.

8. Healing is all about faith and we are just a channel to pray for your well-being, the rest of the healing is done by the Almighty God and His Angels. Faith is a must for healing therapy to work and in case of any doubt, healing does not affect.

9. We will not like to answer any details about cost or therapy methodology on any social media as healing is a very private matter hence we will only share our number +91 7348-914-808 or you can write to us at 1111@angelshealu.com.

10. Please disclose your Medical History to the Healer / Angelshealu and continue eating your medicines along with the healing process.

11. You will not Hold Angelshealu or Any of its Healers RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY pre sessions, during the process, or post sessions.

12. Angelshealu or Any of Its healers have the right to refuse services.

13. Please do not ask for a Discount or Credit.

14. All sessions will be Pre -Paid and Pre Booked.

 

Our Cancellation Policy

 

At Healing Works we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, illness and issues of similar nature are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our HEALERs’ time, we have adopted the following policies: In most cases, advance notice is required when canceling an appointment but at Angelshealu, any individual appointment, group appointments, Healing, meditation sessions and courses require 48 hours advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 48-hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your session fee (this includes delayed or cancelled travel arrangements ). At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the advance ,outstanding balance of an existing “value plan” or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.

 

No Shows

 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made. Out of respect and consideration to your HEALER and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.

 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:-

 

1. Angelshealu has no refund OR return POLICY for selling any Services or Products
2. As Products are energized for personal use hence no refund shall be initiated if the customer tries to return or exchange the product or services.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Angelshealu has  the right to refuse service, especially if you are harassing or bad
mouthing us on any online/offline platform (website or social media pages).

There are no refunds after the session has taken place, but you can cancel your
appointment up to 48 hours before your appointed time. Angelshealu will NOT
REVERSE the charges once the charge went through and if the appointment is
cancelled before 48 hours , you can choose another appointment slot with in next 7
days.

Acceptable Use

 

By accessing and/or using the Angelshealu’s Services, you represent, warrant, and
agree to the following

You are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use or
register for the Angelshealu’s Platform or provide any personal information to us
UNLESS you are accompanied by an Adult Family Member or Guardian. Angelshealu
reserves the right to immediately terminate any client account and delete his or her
information if it believes the client is under the age of 18.

The information you submit in your registration form is true, accurate, and complete,
and you will maintain and update this information during the term of this Agreement so
that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.

You will not undermine, disrupt, or manipulate the integrity of the Client’s feedback rating system on the Angelshealu’s Platform.  Angelshealu may, without notice, remove old ratings or exclude ratings which Angelshealu in her sole discretion believes compromises the integrity of the Client’s feedback rating system.

You will not interfere with or disrupt any Angelshealu’s servers, networks, or equipment in connection with the Angelshealu’s Platform.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network
connected to the Angelshealu’s Platform.

You will not transmit, upload, email, post, or otherwise make available through the Angelshealu’s Platform: (a) any junk mail, spam, or unsolicited email or bulletin board postings;  (b) any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind; (c) any information or material that infringes a third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and/or privacy rights; (d) any software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious application or code; or (d) any information or material which may constitute or encourage conduct that is a criminal offense, a civil wrong, or otherwise violates any applicable law.

You will not violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations, or ethical codes.

Angelshealu enables the transfer of files between Clients and Angelshealu.  When opening such file attachment, it is your responsibility to scan the files with an anti-virus software application.

You will not impersonate any person or entity or make any false statement regarding your employment or affiliation with any person or entity.

Angelshealu may, in its sole discretion, (i) refuse to post or transmit; or (ii) remove any content uploaded by Member.

 

Modification and Termination of Services

 

Angelshealu may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service part of the Angelshealu Platform, with or without notice to Client without liability to Client or any third party.  Angelshealu, in its sole discretion and for any reason, may terminate Member’s participation in the Angelshealu Platform and refuse any and all current or future use by Client of the Angelshealu Platform.

 

Fees and Payments

 

All interactions between you and Angelshealu will be billed through the Angelshealu regardless of whether the interaction is online or offline.  You agree to abide by the pricing terms agreed upon with a Angelshealu while using the Angelshealu Platform and to agree to pay to Angelshealu all fees for services + GST rendered to you by Angelshealu.

Client may make payments by using the CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYTM , BHARAT PE UPI,MASTER ,VISA ,AMERICAN EXPRESS ,PAYPAL OR ONLINE ACCOUNT YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH Angelshealu.  You expressly authorize payments for all fees for each transaction occurring under your account.  All amounts displayed on the Angelshealu Platform are in INR, and You will be charged in INR(India Rupees).  You will ensure that all CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYTM , BHARAT PE UPI,MASTER ,VISA ,AMERICAN EXPRESS ,PAYPAL OR ONLINE ACCOUNT payment information you provide is accurate, correct, and kept updated at all times, and that you are fully authorized to use such CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYTM , BHARAT PE UPI,MASTER ,VISA ,AMERICAN EXPRESS ,PAYPAL OR ONLINE ACCOUNT payment information.  You may be required to verify your account or payment method via phone ,sms or email. For your convenience, you may also deposit amounts to your available balance, a free feature for active accounts.  Fees will then be deducted from your available balance as incurred, either as services are rendered or promptly after a session with a Angelshealu ends  CLIENT will clear all dues of Angelshealu before the final session is over ,in case you do not clear the dues Angelhealu reserves the right not to give further appointment or complete your sessions .

Privacy

 

Log-in Credentials.

Permitted Disclosures.  Angelshealu may disclose Client information, including, but not limited to, personal information, transcripts, surveys, and recordings, testimonials if Angelshealu reasonably believes that disclosure (i) is necessary to comply with a legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirement of any governmental authority; (ii) would potentially mitigate Angelshealu’s liability in an actual or potential lawsuit; (iii) is necessary or appropriate to protect Angelshealu’s rights or property, or the rights or property of any person or entity; (iv) is necessary or appropriate to enforce this Agreement (including, but not limited to, ensuring payment of fees by Clients), or (v) is necessary to deter illegal behavior (including, but not limited to, fraud).(vi) Testimonials can help others in having a better understanding of healing services or products being used .

Your Information.  You hereby grant Angelshealu an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty- free license to use, reproduce, edit, copy, transmit, distribute, publicly display, publish on print on any social media ,publicly perform, create derivative works based on, on a worldwide basis, any information or content that you post, transmit, deliver, or receive via the Angelshealu Platform.

 

Third-Party Websites

 

The Angelshealu Platform, or a portion thereof, may also be made available via third- party websites.  If you have accessed the Angelshealu Platform, or any portion thereof, via a third-party website, such use may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by such third party.  Angelshealu is not responsible for any terms, conditions, policies, acts, or omissions, of any such third parties.

 

Disclaimers

 

Angelshealu is not responsible for reviewing, endorsing, recommending, verifying, evaluating, warranting, or guaranteeing the qualifications, expertise, claims, or background of  Angelshealu or any opinion, response, advise, prediction, recommendation, information, or other service provided by any Angelshealu.  Angelshealu shall not be deemed the provider of any of the Angelshealu’s services or other information acquired through the Angelshealu Platform.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE Angelshealu PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THEREFORE WILL NOT HAVE ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND AGAINST Angelshealu, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS ,EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS WITH RESPECT TO THE Angelshealu PLATFORM.  USE OF THE Angelshealu PLATFORM IS AT THE MEMBER’S SOLE RISK.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Angelshealu EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR ACCURACY.

Angelshealu does not assume and will not be liable for: (1) the accuracy or availability of the Angelshealu session; or (2) any damages or injury arising from or related to the Angelshealu session and/or any opinion, response, advice, prediction, recommendation, information, and/or other service provided or not provided by any Angelshealu.  Angelshealu does not guarantee that Angelshealu’s service will be uninterrupted or that it will be timely, secure, or error-free.

 

Links and Advertisements

 

The Sites may contain links or other content (including advertisements on its own behalf or paid advertisements on behalf of third parties) related to web sites, products and/or services offered by third parties and Angelshealu has no control over any such linked content or anything provided by any such third party. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Angelshealu is not responsible for such third party links, content, web sites, products or services and will not be responsible or liable for anything related thereto and agrees that Angelshealu will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such link, web site, content, product and/or service.

 

Intellectual Property

 

The Sites contain copyrighted material, trade secrets, trademarks, patents and other proprietary information owned by Angelshealu (“Company” This Agreement does not grant to the Client any rights to any Intellectual Property appearing on the Sites or any services offered by Company. The Client may not create any derivative or similar work or technology based upon any Intellectual Property of Company, an affiliated company, or its licensors.  Client may not sub-license, assign, transfer, sell or make any other commercial use of his or her clientship in the Sites.

Company, its affiliated companies or its suppliers are the sole owners of all Intellectual Property.  Except as otherwise expressly set forth or provided in this Agreement, Company, its affiliated companies or its suppliers shall retain all ownership rights in and to all Intellectual Property and content displayed on the Sites, including copies of data transferred or received by Client through the Sites. This section shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

CLIENT EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT Angelshealu, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ANY OF THE FOREGOING’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS,PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE). CLIENT FURTHER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT: (A) Angelshealu, ITS AFFILIATES AND THE FOREGOING’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL USE OF THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID BY CLIENT TO EXPERTS THROUGH THE APPLICABLE SITE IN THE ONE MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE AND Rs 500; AND (B) Angelshealu, DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, SUIT OR ACTION BROUGHT BY AN EXPERT IN CONNECTION WITH PAYMENT FOR SERVICES BY THE CLIENT AND CLIENT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD Angelshealu, HARMLESS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES IN CONTRACT, IN TORT OR OTHERWISE AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY OR NEGLIGENCE.

 

Indemnification

 

Client shall not defend, indemnify and hold Angelshealu, (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including litigation costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim, suit, action, or other proceeding brought against an Indemnified Party related to: (a) any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or to be performed by Client according to this Agreement; (b)Member’s refusal to pay for services provided by any Angelshealu; (c) any content Client submits, posts or transmits through a Site and/or the Angelshealu Platform or otherwise provided by Member; and (d) Member’s use of any Site and/or the Angelshealu Platform. This section shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
